Welcome to Austin Montessori School

British personal finance platform money.co.uk recently ranked Austin, Texas, the No. 1 city in the world for people hunting for a new place to live and Forbes magazine named it a top city to watch in the post-coronavirus era. Whether you are brand new to the city, considering moving here, or are a home-grown Austinite, we are honored that you are considering becoming part of the Austin Montessori School community.

For close to 60 years, Austin Montessori School has supported human development and cultivated a culture of empathy, respect, compassion, and engagement in the children and adolescents who attend the school, as well as faculty, staff, and parents. In pursuit of Dr. Maria Montessori's lofty goal of world peace through human development, our school's emblem boldly bears the words Education for Peace.
We invite you to learn more about our authentic Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) accredited programs, wander through our tranquil grounds, peruse the iconic Montessori didactic materials, and experience how children and adolescents engage with them to become independent thinkers and contributors to a more harmonious world. Watch the video below to learn more about Austin Montessori School and submit an inquiry form. After submitting the form, please check your email for links to schedule a call with our Admissions Team. An in-person school tour will be scheduled during the call.
